The Corporate

Before I entered the corporate world. I have very little exposure about this world.I know it is all people and people’s thought that takes a Company’s name .When I see managers talking on phone to their customers or clients they Say “XXX Sys” want this Or Is going to provide this service etc. But, what matters is,even if the Manager want to do that he takes the name of the company.It many be good / bad depending on the decisions made by the Manager/Company.

What does a company do? Does it make you to do what they want Or they respect you and encourage you in the field you want to work. This again differs from person to person. If a person with selfish deeds is your manager , he/she will make you do what they want irrespective to your career growth in the field. But, if the person is good,selfless then they will try to help for the company’s growth along with the individual growth they will take every aspect into consideration before they decide on any aspect.

How would the Company get effected because of the Selfish / Selfless managers?

If your manager is selfless and allows you to work in your way considering your interest they can retain a good employee for long . On the other side of the coin , if a selfish manager makes you do what he wants . The scope of retaining an employee becomes very less as the employee always wants to looks out for a way to get into different organization.

The Manager and Employee relation is very crucial building block for the Company.
